NEW!! Print Licenses and View Continuing Education Transcripts with SBS Connect - Effective April 1, 2010, the Delaware Insurance Department will no longer print and mail paper licenses.  Licensees can print their license free of charge through SBS Connect when:

  • The License is First Issued
  • Upon Adding a Line of Authority
  • Each time the License is Renewed.

On the first visit to SBS Connect, licensees will need to create an account with a user name and password. To create the account, click on the link that says "Click here to sign up for SBS Connect" and enter the information requested. After signing up, the user will receive an email confirmation that the SBS account has been activated. The user will then be required to "Register an Entity" to the account by signing in and clicking on "Register Entity" on the left side of the SBS Connect home page and entering the license information. (Click here to obtain the license number. Please enter just the name of the licensee when searching this site.) Once an entity has been successfully registered, the user will be able to print the license free of charge upon its initial issuance, upon renewal and upon adding a line of authority. There is no charge for SBS Connect services.  If additional license prints are needed, an unlimited number of license prints are available through SBS Online Licensee Services (OLS).
Important note: If you sign up in SBS Connect as a licensing administrator, you cannot print licenses. Only each individual account allows you to print the license free of charge.

If you have problems or need assistance, please contact the SBS Help Desk at 816-783-8990 or sbshelp@naic.org.

SBS Online Licensee Services (OLS): For license administrators and licensees. In addition to the services in SBS Connect, SBS Online Licensee Services (OLS) allows the user to print licenses an unlimited number of times, to view detailed license information and to make address changes for both individuals and business entities. The fee for OLS is $5.95 per year, per licensee.
